Kimberly P. DeMontigny is a seasoned attorney with a diverse legal background and a strong commitment to client advocacy. With extensive experience in civil litigation, personal injury, commercial disputes, and property-related claims, she has built a reputation as a trusted legal advisor.
Kimberly earned her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law, where she excelled academically, receiving the prestigious NESL Merit Scholarship for multiple years. She was also recognized for her outstanding performance in Property Law with the CALI Award for Excellence.
Before forming North Colony Law Group with Attorney Grantham, Kimberly managed her own law firm in New York and New Jersey, successfully representing clients in complex litigation matters. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Oliver W. Wanger at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, where she conducted legal research, drafted judicial opinions, and assisted in managing jury trials and case dockets.
