Step 1: Retain Us:

Step 2: Complete Financial Questionnaire
Once we have been retained; we will provide you with a link to complete a detailed financial questionnaire.
Step 3: Review Draft & Compile Documents
After you finish your financial questionnaire we will prepare your draft petition and send it to you to review. You will return the corrected petition to us with the following documents:
- 2 months bank statements
- Proof of income- 2 months paystubs
- mortgage statement (if you own your home)
- auto loan statement (if you own a car)
- copy of a photo id
- copy of social security card
Step 4: Sign and File
Once you return your draft and the supporting documents, we will prepare your final petiton and schedule a date for you to come and review and sign your petition. We will provide you with further instructions at this time.
